Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Within Australia - up to 10 days once despatched / International - up to 27 days once despatched.
Q: Do you offer express shipping?
A: Sorry, we don't currently offer express shipping.
Q: How long does it take to despatch my order?
A: Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to prepare your order.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we're currently shipping to United Kingdom, Canada and New Zealand.
Q: How will my letter arrive?
A: Your letter will be shipped in a plain padded bag, inside will be your letter, envelope and wax seal - once you have checked the contents of the letter for accuracy, please attach the wax seal and leave in a special place for your little one to discover.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What do I do if the details in my letter or on my envelope don't match what I've ordered?
A: Please email us at: info@themagicmailco.com.au asap to let us know there's a problem. Please include a photo of the letter + your invoice number. We will come back to you and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Q: Do you offer returns or refunds?
A: Unfortunately, we're unable to offer returns or refunds as our letters are a made to order product.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard & PayPal.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?
A: Please contact us immediately if you need to modify or cancel your order. Once prepared, orders cannot be modified.
Q: I haven't received my order confirmation email. What should I do?
A: Check your spam folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us with your order details.
