    We've grouped our templates by age to help you choose the perfect one for your little one. 

  • 2. Personalise it

    Make it theirs with your little one's name and magical address. Add your own P.S. for an extra personal touch, or keep the one we've written - full of Christmas magic.

  • 3. Your letter arrives in a discreet package - addressed to you (not them)

    Make sure that you enter your details into the shipping details page when checking out - this is the address the parcel will be posted to.

When will my letter arrive?

Our current 'turnaround time' to ship your order is up to 10 days + shipping time. Please see our FAQ's for current shipping times.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we're currently shipping to United Kingdom, United States, Canada & New Zealand.

Can I check the letter when it arrives?

Absolutely, each letter is supplied unsealed, so you can read the contents before sealing it yourself using the included peel-and-stick wax seal.

When is the best time to give my little one their letter?

Whenever the magic feels right! Our letters are designed to be given a week or two before Christmas Day to help little imaginations run wild and build the excitement over the festive season.

How do I 'deliver' my little one's letter?

Leave it somewhere magical - under the tree, next to their stocking or pop it in the mailbox and discover it together.
